FOR MODERATOR
BEFORE the SESSION:
> Please refer to table below and kindly be aware of the presentation time of each speaker.
DURING the SESSION:
- Please STRICTLY control the time for each presentation according to the congress program, in order to ensure the smooth proceeding of each session.
- "No Shows"- Please move to next presentation directly if a presenter fails to appear and you’re entitled to encourage and give the remaining presenter(s) more time for presentation and Q & A.
- Congress Staff will remind the speaker with 3 minutes left and time’s up sign (ringing at time’s up) of his/her presentation.
- Please have a brief introduction for session opening remark; a conclusion for session closing remark.

FOR SPEAKER
Presenters are kindly requested to upload your presentation in the speaker ready room at least 3 hours before the start of the session.
PRESENTATION FORMAT
•Only presentations in MS-PowerPoint 2016 or earlier versions (*.ppt and *.pptx) with a screen ratio of 4:3 will be accepted. Please use horizontal slides and make sure all video clips/fonts are supported.
•You will be required to bring a copy of your presentation to the Congress and upload your presentation via the Speaker Ready Room, Room 203 THREE HOURS prior to the session. Please note that presentations attached to emails cannot be processed.
•If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the session rooms where your lecture is taking place during a coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session - even after checking it in the Speaker Ready Room.
*Video recommendations: in PowerPoint 2010, we recommend that you use .wmv files while in PowerPoint 2013 and later, .mp4 files are suggested. If you are using PowerPoint 2007 or older versions, please do not forget to upload as well your video files as they cannot be embedded into the presentation.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MACINTOSH USERS
In order to use MAC presentations on a PC compatible computer please note that you need to prepare it according to the instructions below, before bringing it to the Preview Room:
•Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (special fonts might be changed to a default font on a PowerPoint based PC).
•Insert pictures as JPG files (and not TIF, PNG or PICT - these images will not be visible on a PowerPoint based PC ).
SESSION ROOM
•Each session room will be equipped with one laptop (Windows 10, MS-PowerPoint 2016) and a projector using VGA cable only. It is highly encouraged that all speakers use the provided laptop to prevent connection problems and save the installation time.
•If you plan to use your own laptop, please come to the session earlier to test the compatibility. Please bring any necessary electrical adaptors and connectors for your laptop connecting with VGA cable. We DO NOT provide any of them.
•You will still be required to bring a copy of your presentation to the meeting in the event that a back-up copy is needed.
•Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your session starts to meet the moderators and re-confirm your presentation slides.
•The Congress staff will be present at each session room to provide any relevant assistance.
SPEAKER READY ROOM
•Speaker ready room will be available every day throughout the Congress, where you may check, change or upload your presentation at least 3 hours before the start of the session. Our staff, together with you, will take a final look at your material and help you upload it.
•Service hours may be subject to change slightly upon final arrangement.
