- 1. To be entitled to the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before July 5, 2019.
- 2. Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment.
- 3. Presenting Author must register before June 28, 2019
Registration fees
The registration fee includes attendance to all sessions (not including Master Class, Student Program), congress materials, and refreshments in the breaks during the congress days.

Taiwanese attendants, please DO select Local Delegate.
Overseas Student fees
If you choose Overseas Student, you will be asked to upload a valid student ID onto the registration system.
Presenting Authors
Each accepted IAGG-AOR abstract must have at least one full registration attached to it. If you are an accepted symposium/oral/poster presenter, you are required to attend as a Delegate/Student instead of Day-Pass.
*In the case of multiple accepted papers of presenting author, each paper is required to be registered under at least one author which can’t be duplicated. In other words, if you have two accepted abstracts, two payments should be complete with two different presenting authors. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded from the Conference Program.
* Submitted Symposium Proposers
Accepted symposium proposer must as well register online as other presenters/speakers/moderators and is advised to complete the payment by bank transfer where you can transcribe the exact amount without registration fee (social event fee remain charged). Click here to see the instruction.
Special Rates for Low-Middle Economy Country Participants
The 2019 IAGG AOR Congress offers a discount for you. If you choose Low-Middle Economy Country Delegate, you will be asked to upload your Passport. List of Low-Middle Economy Countries
Social Events
Welcome Reception, Wednesday, Oct. 23 歡迎酒會
The welcome reception is hosted by Taiwan Association of Gerontology & Geriatrics and is free of charge but pre-registration is mandatory if you want to attend. The Welcome reception includes food and drinks and it takes place at the Taipei International Convention Center.
Gala Dinner 大會晚宴 (需額外付費)
Price: NTD 2,400 (USD 75)
Tickets for the conference dinner on Friday, Oct. 25 can be bought via the online registration system.

Accompanying Persons
A spouse or family member can be part of the Congress social events, not lecture session The Accompanying registration includes access to the Congress venue, refreshments/coffee. Accompanying persons can also register for Welcome reception (free of charge), or Congress Dinner (USD 75).

Cancellation and Refund
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the IAGG 2019 Registration Office (iagg2019.reg@elitepco.com.tw). The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before August 31, 2019 .........50% refund of Registration Fee
After August 31, 2019 ............No refund is applicable
